Evan McLaughlin is a management consultant specializing in GenAI product management, enterprise transformation, and strategy. He currently works with Mercor as a Consulting & AI Expert, developing evaluations, datasets, and benchmarks used to train and assess frontier AI models. Previously, he was a member of Deloitte’s Office of GenAI and a Product Manager for Deloitte’s award-winning GenAI platform “Sidekick” (“Deloitte ChatGPT”).

He is passionate about helping organizations unlock the art-of-the-possible with AI, and for turning innovative ideas into
practical, high-impact solutions. Evan bridges technical & business domains, communicating effectively with stakeholders
at all levels and excels in complex, cross-functional environments that demand empathy & technical fluency.
